Trouble pairing Ambit3 Peak Nepal with Scosche Rhythm+

I was wondering if someone might be able to help. My Scosche Rhythm+ pairs quickly with original Ambit but won't pair with Ambit3 Peak Nepal. The Scosche pairs with movescount app on iPhone and other HR apps on iPhone, so I know bluetooth is working properly.

I reset the Ambit3 and did a software update again but it still won't pair. It just can't seem to find the device. The bluetooth icon is illuminated on the watch.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated. Thanks!!
