ETA2893-2 screw in crown problem.

Hi

I have a dive watch with ETA 2893-2 movement. When you screw in the crown, the watch will run properly for few hours but stop after that. The second hand still move but the hour and minute hand will not move.

But if you left the crown unscrew, the watch will run properly with no problem. No stopping of any hands and all working fine.

Is the problem do with a too long stem or improper assemble of movement? Thanks for any help!
