Good affordable watch service Toronto?

I live in Toronto, Scarborough and I'm looking for a good watch servicer/repair person to establish a relationship with and get some work done.

My Sinn 556a is currently running fast and I would like to have it regulated to run slower. I would also like to have some resizing done to the bracelet and replace a part for it.

I'd like to know if anyone can recommend a good affordable place that I could go to.
