Where in the U.S. can I send a watch to get regulated?

I have a couple of watches that are consistent in how much time they gain per day (SARB035 gains 9 seconds and SKX175 gains about 11 seconds). While I could live with this I'd prefer to send them to an expert to get locked in as accurate as possible. Who in the U.S. would do this and not take months to get my watches back?
