Brand New Citizen. Comes in nice velvet lined box as I bought it from a Jewelry Store from Florida that did not have the box or papers. I prefer my Momentum M50 dive watch (shown for the heck of it) as its not flashy like the citizen. This watch is an all around great watch for both dress/business or casual wear. It has sapphire, 200m water resist, perpetual calendar, alarm, chrono and radio controlled atomic sync. You can quickly set it to any of the US 5 time zones (except Alaska which would require the manual mode). In Canada the same thing would be required for Atlantic Time Zone. I have tried to show in the pictures that it does not have so much as a smudge on the watch or bracelet including the back of the clasp which would be the first place to show wear.
I found a great animated video by Citizen on how to adjust all the settings when you get it. I followed it including the zero in part like you do to a chrono as it was off by 2 minutes when I got it. That set it up correctly spot on. You can manually sync the watch or it does it automatically at 2am if you leave it by a window that faces colorado where the atomic clock broadcasts from.
