Can you help me find my ideal watch?

Hi all. Would like to start off by saying that this is an amazing forum and I have learnt loads from browsing here.

As my the title states, I am looking for a new watch and I can be quite picky when it comes to spending my money.

I am looking for a dress watch which would work for more casual situations as well. I'll try and be as specific as possible.

- Budget: sub £200/$300
- Case diameter: 41-43 mm (I might consider 40mm)
- Case material: No preference
- Lugs: Thin-ish and discrete (see picture below)
- Glass: Sapphire crystal preferrable
- Hands: Baton/sword. As slim as possible (see picture below)
- Dial: Indices or roman numerals, would consider date and day, as clutter-free as possible
- Water resistant: 10bar/100m (might consider 5bar/50m)
- Preferrably solar (from a reliable brand of course e.g. Citizen or Seiko), would consider Quartz if it has good battery life. No mechanical or automatic watches.
- Strap: Leather

Out of interest (no luck from searching various sources), do solar powered skeleton watches exist?

Here is an example of the kind of watch I am looking for (really like the blue colour of the hands)

Not sure if being this specific narrows down my options too much.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
