My watches have some issues - hints & tips needed :)

I'm having some issues with a couple of my old watches, checking to see if any of you experts have a clue that could help me out :)

First, my Zenith (cal 126-6) have worked very well but has recently began to fail keeping time whilst I'm wearing it - still keeps time if it's just placed face up. I'm guessing that it's just time for a service, but I'm interested to know why this behaviour is happening, because:

Another watch I have, a simple automatic Sandoz 17 jewels incabloc with date function from the 70s, have the same tendencies. When worn, it seems to be losing a whole lot of time, in contrast to keeping time immaculately whilst laying face up on a table. Also, something seems to be a bit loose on this watch. First I thought it was the entire movement, but it rather seems to be the rotor. Which leads to the next watch-problem.

My Longines Record Automatic was also losing time whilst worn, and the same feeling that the rotor, or something else, was loose inside. I left that one to a watchmaker for service/reparation and he said that the rotor bearing (don't know if thats the correct term?) was bad and needed to be switched out. The movement was to unusual for him to have a reserve though, but he offered to fix the bad one. Very well, the watch doesn't seem to have a loose rotor any more, but now the watch cannot keep time at all. So I'm guessing the fix on the rotor bearing somehow restrains the rotor from building up/transfer the energy the timepice needs.

Do you have any tips or hints as to what might be the problem on the first two watches, and what to do with the Longines? Is my guess a plausible reason for the current problem (and should I find myself another watchmaker? :P)
