I'm sure this question has been asked, but as watches and members here have changed I'd like to hear what people have to say about it today.
I'd like to buy a high quality, accurate automatic watch for my dad, maybe something that will hold its value (or at least something I would want to wear in 30 years). I know that he doesn't want something too pricey. He has expressed an interest in dual time, but I'm not sure its mandatory.
I would love to hear others' opinions on what automatic watches might fit the bill. Im not sold on a Swiss watch. I just want something pretty accurate for the price.
Here are some options I cam up with and would like to see some more. :-)
Deep Blue GMT with ETA 2893-2, sapphire crystal for $1165
DAYNIGHT RESCUE T-100 GMT TRITIUM- BLUE BEZEL /BLUE DIAL BLUE TUBES - DAYNIGHT RESCUE T-100 GMT AUTOMATIC TRITIUM SWISS MADE
Tag Heuer GMT Calibre 7 (ETA-2893-2), saphire crystal $1269
Tag Heuer WAZ211A.BA0875 Formula 1 Automatic Men's Watch - WatchMaxx.com
