I was having a Google "hang-out" with my youngest son (lives in Arkansas) about my timing races at the Olympics with a chronograph that only times seconds and only up to one hour. I wasn't complaining (pretty sure I wasn't) and then got this picture in an email. My son who has three children and shouldn't be spending any money on his old father, bought this watch from Amazon.com for less than $250 (he says). I already have one Bulova Precisionist which was a gift from a good friend in Boston, and my son knew I loved it. This Bulova Precisionist Chronograph times things up to twelve hours and down to 1/1,000 of a second. He also bought me two bands to go with it and sent them all to my eldest son in New York to mail to me in the next package they send. I won't get them for five to six weeks, but, man, I am over-the-moon, gobsmacked (as my British friends say). First the Bulova I already own on a Strapsco strap:

Pictures from the web of the watch I will be getting in a month or so. Colour me very happy indeed. Don't know what I'll do when I need to replace the battery but will cross that bridge when I come to it. Ain't it a beaut?

Which of my three sons do I love the most? The sickest till he's well, the youngest till he's old, and the farthest away until he is home. I am truly blessed. Will post pictures when it arrives. Happily, I am used to waiting a long time for packages, so I'll be fine--and I have pictures.
