Nuechatel Dive Watch made by?

I have the below watch on the way which I purchased more out of curiosity than anything as I kept on going back to it on eBay for two weeks.
I can find nothing about it on google except.
Of the three I have found all have ETA movements of which one is a 2879 and signed "Dolmaru" I believe the below one is a 2872 . Another in pristine condition is on the heuer heritage site states it is a heuer casing.
I'm guessing they are made in Nuechatel but can find nothing else .
Dolmaru watches seem to be most plentiful on eBay Spain.
Anyone know the manufacturer?
