Re-aligning bezel for baby monster SRP483

I found an SRP483 at a local dealer on clearance for a good price. The only issue that stopped me from buying the watch was that the 0 marker on the rotating bezel did not line up cleanly with 12'oclock.

Is fixing the bezel rotation something that is easily fixable?
