What does "modest collection" mean to you?

I read a comment today about a "modest collection of 21," and had to chuckle a little. I personally would consider modest to mean 2-5 watches, and 21 to be quite substantial. Of course, we are all different with our obsessions, but at what number do you feel you graduate from "modest"?
