Check this girard perregaux?

Hi all,

I saw this girard perregaux vintage dress watch and loved the way it looks. However, after a bit more searching, I noticed a couple red flags. First that it's from Argentina, second condition looks a little too good, and third I've been unable to find a 21 jewel movement that matches the pictures. Is this a frankenwatch or a complete fake? I'd like to know a little more about it.
