Oiling watches

I have been able to disassemble a few watches and I have also cleaned them. Now I want to reassemble and oil my watches. Do y'all know any detailed guides of how to oil watches and tools needed or if any of y'all are very knowledgable? Another question is should I even practice oiling right now or should I just practice disassembling, cleaning, and reassembling?
