Where can I purchase an Amphibian with the "Scuba Dude no date" dial

Ive recently seen a few pictures on the net of a older amphibian watch that looks like this:



I am unable to locate one on ebay and these forums. Does anyone have a watch or just the dial that they would be willing to sell to me. Thank you.
