Hello There,
please give your suggestion. Im enjoying my Speedy Pro for a few days already and started thinking about my second watch :)
The watch which I can take on summer vacation, or when going out (or outdoor), or when just do not want to show somebody that Im nuts enough to put a price of a small car on my wrist :D
1. It should be mechanical, no G-shocks or Quarz please.
2. Some reliable and inexpensive to maintain movement (Eta, Japanese?)
3. Should cost a lot less than Speedy, so it will be a watch of choice for a vacation or some unusual situation.
4. More water resistant than Speedy.
5. Something with style and nice looking, not too sporty.
I mean something like a nice Seiko SKX007K but without screaming Divers watch. Patek-Aquanaut-on-rubber-band kind of style (or Panerai) but without costing a fortune.
Looking at Steinhart Ocean One Vintage, but a homage factor puts me off a bit. Thinking about Damasko, but honestly for me it missing something for its price tag and hard to find second hand. Easily could be a vintage Im looking for Titus Calypsomatic for quite some time already but can not find one with a good price/condition so far.
Anybody? :)
