A while back, I bought a brand new Seiko SUN023 (the black & orange) GMT Kinetic. Although the watch was brand new and the power reserve tested to be fully charged, it stopped working within a few weeks even though I wore it almost every day. I had to shake up the watch and then it would start running normally again. This has happened to me about 2-3 times already. I recently wore it continuously on a trip overseas and now it doesn't have that issue. Can anyone tell me what the problem is? Should I send it back to Seiko to have them take a look at it? I got this back in the summer of 2015 so the warranty is still valid.
