Amazing Patina on Waltham Watch! Take a look!

Hey guys quick question I know Waltham made some good pocket watches but did they ever make and good wrist watch movements? They all seem so cheap and not very desirable... Anyways I bought this today for $25 I loved the way it looks with the dial turning to a gold hue. Overall it is in really good condition, I don't know the last time it was serviced but it has been keeping great time. Unfortunately the second hand is gone, how could I find one? Also, another dilemma I have is that the case has no markings on it and I can pop the back off but then the movement and dial are stuck in the case back, I didn't mess with it too much fearing I'd break something, will go to a watch guy and see tomorrow. I see some silvery wearing spots on the lugs so I assume its GF of some sort. Great classic looking watch, what do you guys think? How old would somethings like this be?

P.S. that canvas strap is not here to stay lol
