jaeger lecoultre master 8 days perpetual

Hi guys,
I'm new to the forum new to owning a watch. I bought my first jaeger lecoultre master 8 days perpetual 3 weeks ago.
Treating it like my first born.
As it's my first watch and I'm a total noob I have a few questions that I hope you guys can help with:

1. Do I need to win the watch every day (preferably at the same time?)
2. To change the hours/times I should only turn the crown clockwise right. I believe I turned it a few mins counter clockwise when I just bought it to adjust. Did I do any horrible damage?
3. When I adjust the hours/mins will it affect the other time measurements (day, month etc').

Thanks a lot for your help guys. I'm reading a lot here and I have to say only now I learn how amazing this small piece of engineering and mechanics is.
