Vintage ORIS 17 Rubis Automatic divers watch 'Made in France'.. - Fake? Info? (1960/1970's)

Hi guys,

Just bought a very cool ORIS divers watch on the bay in an auction for $98, but can't find any info about it.
As you can see the small hand is damaged, but all the parts are original. The dial seems a little brown-ish.

On the face it says: ORIS - 17 Rubis - Incabloc - Automatic - Made in France
On the back it says: Waterproof - Stainless steel back
Inside is a FE 4611 automatic movement



I found the same watch on Chrono24, but with another dial color and (i think) repainted hands. They ask EUR 950 ($ 1.060) for it.
The difference is that the Oris i got says 'Made in France' on the dial and this one doesn't..

Do you guys have more info on this watch than the seller on Chrono24 has? And can you guys explain why just one of the two says Made in France? Got a fake..? The seller is from France.
