It is long time since I wrote here last time. As some might remember the Vostok Amphibia I bought last summer got the regulating arm a bit loose, so it would "regulate" itself during biking on less good roads or in other situations if it was shook. One member at this forum even offered to fix it for free. Somehow it never got sent there for the fix.
This week, when getting frustrated because it had again "regulated" itself, I begun thinking that the shipping cost with tracking paid twice is not far from a new Vostok. This lead me to getting another Vostok, so I can have my old as spare parts, if needed later.
Finally at komandirskie.com I found an Amphibia I have not seen sold anywhere else: Amphibia 120059
I like it, because it got the classic scuba dude dial with date and every single minute index (most important feature) and it got the 120 case. Also, I have been interested in trying the Vostok silicon strap.
Also, my niece is wishing to have a Komandirskie 59934 for her 10 years birthday, so I also ordered a such one.
Now the long wait... Or has the Russian Post been improving anything during the latest year?
