After my mechanical engineering study I started working at a Dutch company (Philips-Assembleon) that develops Pick & Place machines for renowned high tech companies and automotive companies. As an integral project manager I developed quite some interesting mechanical/mechatronic modules with my team. A wireless communication power transfer linear drive robot is just an example. After working there for more than 12,5 years it was time for something new....
I started at a company (Randstad-Yacht) that recruits and does projects for high-tech companies like ASML and Philips. I Started at the High-Tech campus in Eindhoven (The Netherlands), became part of the management team and started building and expanding a unit that focused on mechanical, mechatronic en electronic dutch and international professionals with several years of experience. This role combined my relation and resource management, technical and commercial skills. My team consisted of Bachelors, Master and Phd's....
After a few years It was time to chase my dream and start my own company.
Craftsmanship and working with my mind and my hands is something I am doing whole my life (I customized and build several Harley's as just an example)
