Saw these "ugly ducklings" ;-) hitting the stores. At first glance they look like replacement for the venerable AQS800/810, but they use a different model code "AEQ". It's using a totally different module (5479), which provides 24h stopwatch/timer and telememo features. Not sure who still will use telememo these days, especially on a watch with a tiny LCD like this one. But it's interesting that Casio still provide that feature on new watches.

The AEQ110 do somewhat look like a fake GA110 series G-shock. I guess Casio like to fake themselves, so they can take away some money from the fake market. ;-)
