Hey guys, first post and first picture so hopefully this will go through. I've been a fan of WUS for a few years and learned quite a bit by following the forums. Although it's been said before, I wanted to again praise Jason and Halios for unbelievable customer service.
Quick story.... I received a SS Tropik back in 2013 as a gift from my wife as a birthday gift. Unfortunately, I recently dropped it on a tile floor and the case was dinged up pretty badly. Understanding that Halios is a small, independent company, I try to keep in mind that individual inquiries take up time and effort from their day to day operations. Contacting Jason about the damage, he quickly replied and asked that I send him the watch for evaluation. Fast forward a couple weeks, the watch was returned today not only repaired, but also wearing a new strap.
I have dealt with Jason a couple times, and he continues to exceed any expectations I have for customer service. His communication, personal effort to help out with individual issues, and little things like throwing in a strap all contribute to excellent purchase/service experiences that I would recommend to anyone considering Halios. I never intended to post comments on WUS, but I didn't know how else to thank Jason for his hard work.
